As we approach the end of another year, the cooperative must close out 2025 before we can move forward into 2026. Part of this process involves taking down the payment system to allow the financial books to be fully closed.
The Central Electric office will close for the New Year at 12:00 p.m. on December 31 and will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on January 2. The online customer service login and the ability to make payments to your account will also be unavailable from 12:00 pm on December 31 through midnight on January 1. This includes online payments, mobile app payments, phone payments, and payments made at the kiosks located at our office on 128 Wilson Road (Sanford) and on Highway 24 in Cameron.
